Wellness Club Starting Up August 30, 2009! At the latest Reversing Diabetes, Obesity & Heart Disease (RDOH) Seminar we announced that, as a follow up to RDOH we would be developing a wellness club. The purpose of this club is not just another gathering or meeting to go to, but to provide information that will support you in your desire to have a healthy lifestyle. The Southern California Wellness Club will meet occasionally, in different locations, offering varied activities and opportunities for networking with others who have similar health goals. The first scheduled Wellness Club event will be the Depression Recovery Program, developed by Adventist physician Neil Nedley. This lifestyle program has helped many recover from depression, enabling them to find positive ways to deal wtih issues and challenges. Since individuals who have chronic diseases or conditions often also experience depression, this seminar may be of interest to you or someone close to you.
